PRESERVE Project: M42 General Assembly Meeting Recap
On the 17 and 18 of July 2024, the PRESERVE project’s M42 General Assembly took place in Munich and Freising, Germany. This significant gathering, hosted by Südpack and Fraunhofer IVV, brought together PRESERVE partners to discuss the project's progress, innovations, and future milestones.
The first day of the assembly was held at the historic Motorworld Munich. This unique venue, known for its rich automotive history, provided an inspiring backdrop for the day’s discussions. Participants convened for a session focused on project management and technical progress.
The morning continued with detailed technical sessions, where work package leaders presented the latest advancements and challenges. Discussions were intense and insightful, paving the way for strategic decisions for the upcoming months.
The afternoon sessions resumed with an even more in-depth focus on each one of the demonstrators to be produced, concluding with a summary session.
The second day’s activities shifted to the Fraunhofer Institute for Process Engineering and Packaging (IVV) in Freising, a hub for cutting-edge research and development in packaging technology.
This day was dedicated to technical sessions, where participants engaged in comprehensive discussions on the scientific and technological aspects of the PRESERVE project. The day was filled with collaborative dialogues aimed at fine-tuning the project’s ongoing activities.
The M42 General Assembly was a resounding success, highlighting the dedication and collaborative spirit of all involved in the PRESERVE project.
